1. Processing Time

- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer free shipping on orders over $30 within United States.
- Shipping rates depend on the weight, size of your order, and your location.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (varies by location)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Note: These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
3. International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, and duties.
- CalmCaressASMR is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
4. Shipping Methods
We use the following carriers to deliver your order:

- UPS
- FedEx
- Laser Ship
- Cainiao
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
5. Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your shipment on the respective carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
- If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Address Errors
- Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error with your address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will investigate and provide you with a resolution, which may include issuing a refund or replacing your item(s).
9. Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or delays from third-party carriers.
