Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships.
Free shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 (where available). Standard rates are calculated at checkout for smaller orders.
Delivery times
Most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. International orders usually take 10–21 business days.

International shipping
We ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at davidf@calmcaressasmr.com with your order number. We’ll help investigate and resolve it.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
